Public bug reported: parallel-rsync's man page states that it is a "parallel process kill program":
http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/bionic/man1/parallel-rsync.1.html This seems incorrect - it was likely copied and pasted from 'parallel- nuke'. The upstream URL is also incorrect (now), upstream seems to have moved to https://github.com/pssh/parallel-ssh If this is correct, then upstream calls parallel-rsync (prsync) a "parallel file sync program" according to https://github.com/pssh /parallel-ssh/blob/master/man/man1/prsync.1#L5 This also affects all other releases and architectures, not just Xenial / amd64.
