Yeah but at this point we really know that LED support doesn't work
since nothing changed about it (i.e. it hasn't been implemented yet). So

What fix was commited last night? I'm still not seeing any change on my
lenovo 3000 n100 iwl3945 wireless adapter, even though I've upgraded to
the compat-wireless 1.2.26k as of 3-22-2008. Has there been any report
of this bug being corrected somewhere?

Thanks for testing the patch. However, it doesn't appear the patch has
been merged upstream yet. It is a lot of extra work for the Ubuntu
kernel team to maintain out of tree patches. As such they require
evidence of upstream submission before considering to maintain community
