* Patches:
- Drop transparent_panel_icon.patch
- Update use_stock_gnome_icons.patch because of dropped
transparent_panel_icon.
- Add statustray_svn24.pat
I can confirm that the icon is still not transparent. Unless there was
an Ububtu-related mistake in synching, we should reopen the upstream
bug.

In Gutsy repository is version 0.9.3-2 with this bug.
In Hardy version (0.9.3-2ubuntu2) stay non-transparent trayicon too.

They're pretty adamant that this bug is fixed upstream. There's another
bug filed here: http://www.pulseaudio.org/ticket/199 claiming that it's
fixed.
But it's not. I'm using Hardy latest and it's still as opaque as ever =(
