start it again from a command line then if it prints out
errors/warnings?

It just happened with team viewer and google chrome, but It worked normally
with Skype (.deb).
I noticed It also happens with any app from Ubuntu Software, not just with
".deb"
Step 1
Just click "install" in any app from Ubuntu Software.
Step 2
Back to the previous menu "ALL"(home screen) -

Could you look if there is anything printing in the journalctl logs
about that?
