I can't give it a test with livecd at the moment, but I tried to reproduce the
crash. Unexpectedly it did crash again.
steps to reproduce:
enable unsupported updates
click on reload like it asks by default after changing repo. settings
install kdmtheme
now disable unsupported updates
remove
but it didn't happen on the 3rd try

hmm I'm not able to reproduce the crash anymore. To be more precise -
the 2nd crash was actually 1st one because kubuntu7.10 was recently
reinstalled
