Installed Bionic on a VM, fully updated, enabled proposed, and installed
xfce4-settings. Opened Display Settings and the VBX display is
identified as "VirtualBox". Listed processes for xfsettingsd and noted
the pid. Ran "xfsettingsd --replace" in a separate terminal, then listed
the processes again

team when there's nothing to sponsor, often when there's changes needed.
