For me the kernel in -proposed (4.4.0-136) solves the problem. The
system boots properly.

The kernel test resolves the bug.
The partition mount correctly at startup, I do not remain block at boot
(emergency mode).
Only difference, I'm with a minimal kernel
(linux-image-virtual/linux-headers-virtual).
