For an SRU we want a targetted fix against the version in Bionic.
i.e. only adding batik-constants.jar to CLASSPATH, and closing *this* bug (LP:
#1791894) in the changelog.
Also, we shouldn't need to switch default-jdk to openjdk-8-jdk, or any of the
other changes from -6 and
Nominating for SRU: figtree is unusable without this patch. Regression
risk is minimal as figtree is already broken.
The original patch comes from Debian. Thanks to Graham for adopting it
to Ubuntu. I have verified that it works fine on Bionic.

Figtree 1.4.3+dfsg-5 crashes immediately on start up due to some missing
include from the class path. This has been fixed in the debian version
1.4.3+dfsg-6 and should be backported to bionic beaver.
