debian chroot env in P9 KVM guest with HTM enabled
Thanks for the report!
With the patch not even being in 4.19 yet this clearly affects C+B at least.
Since it is P9 only and P9 is not meant to work on xenial, I think the P9 HTM
workarounds are only in Bionic - so this is B+C but no earlier release.
