Please sync nim 0.18.0-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No change rebuild against openssl1.1.
  * No change rebuild against openssl1.1.
  * Match the Ubuntu ssl version
  * Match the Ubuntu ssl version

New upstream release. SSL version is up-do-date.
