sudo vim /etc/apt/sources.list
add these lines
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/mapopa/ubuntu gutsy main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/mapopa/ubuntu gutsy main
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install

here is how i applied
apt-get source php5-interbase
wget http://launchpadlibrarian.net/9093948/php-interbase_5.1.2-1ubuntu1.dsc.diff
patch -p0 < php-interbase_5.1.2-1ubuntu1.dsc
i have fixed the problem and i will put in my ppa repository
then i will submit an diff to be fixed
