I have a Lubuntu installation, in which I cannot upgrade because
grub2-pc refuses to install. After a while I found that linux-
image-4.15.0.38-generic also not installs, but grub2 in the main one,
because every apt installation is extremely long, since it tries to
install grub2, but it cannot.
