gnome-software 3.20 actually has it's own implementation of the snapd
communication code (snapd-glib evolved from that) so it doesn't need a
version bump. It's only using a trivial amount of the snapd-glib code.

An upload of snapd-glib to cosmic-proposed has been rejected from the
