I've just deleted all the ppa sources, but the problem persists. I keeps
adding the same packages a lot of times:
root@host:/etc/apt# apt update
Hit:1 http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu bionic InRelease
Hit:2 http://archive.canonical.com bionic InRelease

packages from the official Ubuntu archive and packages from a PPA. To
resolve this situation please deactivate PPAs using the tool 'ppa-purge'
