removed from testing, it is still present in unstable. See

Maybe an RM, RoM bug needs to be filed there too?

This has impacted the ubuntu-testing-tools package in disco
(specifically, ubuntu-benchmark-tools binary package) because it depends
on checkbox-ng which is now uninstallable.
The ubuntu-testing-tools package has only had three uploads in 6 years,
and one of them was mine to make it depend on
Demoting packages to disco-proposed:
checkbox-ng 0.23-2 in disco
plainbox-provider-checkbox 0.25-2 in disco
plainbox-provider-resource-generic 0.23-1.1 in disco
