bluetooth-sendto is available in hardy now and as Marcel mentions other
apps are not ready for mainline.

Would be nice to have bluetooth-sendto built to replace gnome-obex-send
removed from gnome-bluetooth-0.11.0.
I don't know if this is a showstopper for ubuntu 8.04

These applications are not ready for mainline right now. The bluez-gnome
upstream _doesn't_ install these on purpose.
