Public bug reported:

After upgrading to 18.10 (from 18.04LTS) I keep receiving random resets
on the bluetooth keyboard, connected through a bluetooth usb dongle. I
get them with a frequency of one disconnect every 30-60min. Before the
upgrade this was not happening.

The only way to restore the connection is to remove and re-insert the dongle.
I've tried various models from different manufacturers from BT v2 up to v4 and
all of them behave the same.
I've tried to also to increase the default autosuspend from 2 to 30
echo "30" > /sys/module/usbcore/parameters/autosuspend
and the frequency of the resets dropped but not disappear. I've tried with 0 to
disable the autosuspend and it was more stable, however it drained the battery
of the keyboard very quickly.
