if playing vids (using vlc) on top monitor0/display0 - no issues when it goes
to next/prev vid
(fyi: i'm only using videos of lower-resolution than my 1920x1080 screen)
if I jump to prev/next vid when window on lower screen
(monitor1/display1), the window jumps so that the top of it appears on

(pcmanfm-qt), some maximize using ~1/8th veritical - using second display
+ windows are opening partially split over two screens (vertical placement of
displays) , pcmanfm-qt moves on changing
