Juhani, thank you so much. I am so sorry for that mistake. You are
quite correct; it should have been IRQ. I wrote it down and was trying
to hurry before I missed the message. Shame on me. That makes a huge
amount of difference and I will change the title.

That is probably a kernel message, reassihned to linux.
Based on a google search, it might be irq instead of IRC.
