I've been seeing this problem for several years, with different Ubuntu
verisons, and still can repro on 20.04, kernel 5.4.0-72-generic.

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v5.0-rc7 kernel[0].
If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.
If the mainline kernel does not fi
