Lubuntu 19.04: firefox-window on dvi0 (display0) fullscreen on exit
dell [optiplex] 755 (c2d-e8300, 8gb, amd/ati radeon rv610/radeon hd2400

I rebooted the dell 755, using same QA-Test Lubuntu 19.04 daily image,
adjusted monitor setup to match my setup, then firefox. Here I went
wrong as I'd planned to load GHOSTERY before going to utube... but
loaded

on same box with QA-TEST of 19.04 Lubuntu x86_64 daily & I cannot replicate
this bug.

Download Ubuntu 19.04 daily. Running QA-Test on same box currently.
To run the utube vids as I usually do (for xubuntu, lubuntu qa-tests) I
needed to install package `ubuntu-restricted-extras`. This was done to
enable streaming, then tested on both screens with normal window,

Apologies - I wasn't specific enough, but YES I believe it is an issue
with Lubuntu, and tried to file bug with `lubuntu-meta` listed also in
my initial `ubuntu-bug` command but it was rejected. I have changed
