any way same here, cant change resolution at all. stuck with low res'..
nvidia 6600gt with last Envy drivers(tried also the regular but the same...)

Ubuntu 8.04, upgraded online from 7.10, last update on April 13th 2008.
In addition, both screens show only part of desktop. Looks like desktop
is set to 1280x1024, but resolution is set to 1024x
