Public bug reported: Current `libgdiplus.pc` is near empty. This is a file used in pkg-config setups for generating compilation flags of downstream projects.
This cause compilation failure for setups with pkg-config. At minimum, the .pc file should produce `-lgdiplus`, however it doesn't.
