I'm going to update the Linux kernel to the latest option (4.15.0-46.49)
This will probably stop the Intel wifi from working, this should be a great
way to test the new firmware you sent

I don't believe I've tried that, from the article you attached I'm not sure
what going to a previous version would do to help as I have had this issue on
several kernels since December 2018. I think the device team needs to modify
the Intel driver for AMD B450 integrated WiFi comp
