The patch still applies cleanly against the unpacked source, but maybe
it'd make more sense to forward this change to Debian/Upstream. I'm
opening the relevant tasks in LP.

Importance:
The code in the patch looks fine, but the debdiff does not apply to the
exim4 package. exim4 uses a packaging approach I'm not terribly
familiar with, so I'd not trust myself to repackage the patch to suit;
someone more familiar with the packaging process for exim4 needs to look
at this.
