Public bug reported:

After upgrading to Xubuntu 18.10, if I lock my screen (either win-L or
on resume from suspend), the screen turns blank, but moving the mouse
doesn't turn it back on. I have to switch vty back and forth (e.g. ctrl-
alt-f1 ctrl-alt-f8) before I see the login screen again.

It's been reported at https://github.com/the-cavalry/light-
locker/issues/114 but I haven't found it in launchpad, so reporting
here.
