The issues from previous cycle were resolved but it looks like it's failing
again in eon now.
I spent some time on it previous cycle but don't plan to look at the new issue
so I'm going to unassign myself now.

For whoever looks at this, FYI, it looks like the last time these two
tests passed was with a 4.19 kernel: testbed running kernel: Linux
4.19.0-13-generic #14-Ubuntu SMP Thu Feb 7 21:51:25 UTC 2019
