Ubuntu no longer uses Compiz or CCSM.
Can you please clarify if you are using Gnome Shell or Unity? Can you
attach a screenshot?

Curretly, this feature simply does not exist, unless you count the buggy
keyboard implementation. Please add the feature to snap windows to the
bottom left and right and upper left and right corners via the mouse
alone. Currently, if you manually install compiz
