** Description changed:
- This issue was limited to Moonshost ARM64 node, ThunderX works fine.

After the node was deployed with 4.15 Bionic, it will install linux-
generic-hwe-18.04-edge package and reboot.
However,
I confirmed that if we compress the kernel (as Seth's patch does), the
5.0 kernel would boot fine on the HP m400[*]. I chatted w/ apw about
this and we agreed that a respin isn't necessary because LP showed that
there is no current linux-hwe-edge package in bionic, and therefore
introducing one
After taking a look at the logs and speaking to the hyperscale team it
would appear that this is leaning towards being a kernel signing issue,
affecting specifically x-gene/uboot systems w/ bionic-hwe-edge

The following patch
BTW, deployment with Disco works well on these ARM64 Moonshot nodes.
