Binary package hint: seahorse
If you haven't set up any GPG keys yet and attempt to sign a file(s),
you'll be presented with the normal dialog to select a GPG key. However
the combo box would be empty, since you have no gpg keys.
This looks bad. Instead a different dialog box should pop up stating
that there are no keys, and providing some sort of link/button to set
one up.
