I've manually applied this patch to FindBoost.cmake but it doesn't solve
issue because cmake doesn't found libraries for python3 component.
The only working component is python-py36:
//Boost python-py36 library (debug)
Boost_PYTHON-PY36_LIBRARY_DEBUG:FILEPATH=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libboost_py
