Can you please wait till the problem happens again and then collect the
most recent system log immediately after that?
journalctl -b0 > curjournal.txt
Then attach 'curjournal.txt'.
P.S. Your CPU temperature is exceeding the threshold and being throttled
a lot, FYI. But that's probably
