Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have Ubuntu MATE 19.10 installed from

  #deb cdrom:[Ubuntu-MATE 19.10 _Eoan Ermine_ - Alpha amd64 (20190601)]/
eoan main multiverse restricted universe

2. Install latest updates
3. Try to launch `mate-appearance-properties`

Actual results:
* `mate-appearance-properties` does not start - shows the following error:

$ mate-appearance-properties
mate-appearance-properties: error while loading shared libraries:
libmarco-private.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Expected results:
* `mate-appearance-properties` starts normally

Notes:

1. library is really not found

$ ldd $(which mate-appearance-properties) | grep "not found"
        libmarco-private.so.1 => not found

2. in previous release it was located in `libmarco-private1` package
(see https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?searchon=contents&keywords
=libmarco-private.so.1&mode=exactfilename&suite=disco&arch=any )
