Public bug reported:

When nautilus is in 'search-results' mode, the first found file is
displayed as selected (the file symbol and text have an orange
background color) but apparently in fact it is not. (Copying the file
does not work, or a file that was selected previously is copied
instead.)

How to reproduce:
* open two tabs at different paths
* use CTRL+F to enter 'find' mode
* type some letters until a file is found
* use CTRL+C to copy the first found file
* switch to the second tab
* use CTRL+V to paste the file

What I expected to happen:
* the file should be copied to the second tab

What happened instead:
* the file was not copied or a different file is copied instead

Also when using CTRL+left click to select addition files, these are also
displayed as selected, but nothing is copied.

When using SHIFT instead, the behaviour is a little bit different, as
you have to click two times for the files to be selected, but then all
files are copied correctly.

Workaround:
* unselect the first found file after searching by clicking into the white
* select the file(s) again
* copy works as expected

Nautilus version: 3.26.4
Ubuntu version: 18.04.2 LTS
