I see there's a source package for 0.3.4 but it doesn't have binary packages or
something like that?
Not sure what that means, but it's not available for me on powerpc it seems.
(looks like in debian it is, after all it's in python)

Please update Elisa to latest version (0.3.3)
It can't be built in Ubuntu because pigment-python still need to be
accepted; we'll also need the elisa-plugins-{bad,good,ugly} new source
packages accepted and built against python-elisa before elisa is
installable in hardy again.
(NB: the python-mechanize/python-twill installability is resolved
I'm working on the Debian packages update. Sync with Ubuntu will then be
possible
