This was posted as a Ghostscript bug but Ghostscript is not involved in this case.
The printer just cannot handle the PS stream generated by Chromium. The printer admits that the file is correct but it exceeds some implementation limits. Debugging this case takes multiple attempts to reduce the file to an acceptable form.
