I am experiencing the same issue with an old Acer T180. My kernel version is
5.8.0-48-generic.
My Ethernet card is a Marvell 88E8056. Let me know if you need further

Yes, after adding this parameter, the sky2 network adapter works OK after
waking up
same as parameter: pci=nomsi,noaer
