I can see three problems here:
1. The Lsusb.txt doesn't show any mouse connected (?)
2. The Xorg log suggests the connection to the mouse keeps getting lost:
[95.924] (II) event12 - USB OPTICAL MOUSE : device removed
3. The kernel log also suggests the connection to the mouse keeps
Please also ensure you are not using any extra power saving utilities
like tlp or powertop. Those might cause the mouse to sleep too deeply
and disconnect.
