Not an ideal solution as you will need to go back to the servers
afterwards but we have had to do it on our unattended upgrade servers as
well
sudo apt-mark hold snmp snmpd libsnmp30 libsnmp-base

Downgrade to previous version does cure the bug, the mentioned filesystems are
showing up.
But this is not a sustainable solution, on next unattended update this will be
updated.
cmdline to downgrade:
sudo apt install snmp=5.7.3+dfsg-1.8ubuntu3.1 libsnmp30=5.7.3+dfsg-1.8ubuntu3.1
snmpd=5.7.3+df
