after install, /var/lib/nagios2 is owned bu nagios:nagios and 750 but the CGI
scripts of Nagios need to access to /var/lib/nagios2/rw/nagios.cmd in rw mode.
Thus they can't: all CGI commands are unable to work.
fixing example:
on post-install:
chown -R nagios:ww
