For some reason, when running Firefox in a KDE 4.0 session, the bottom
panel (containing the Launch menu, taskbar, etc.) and the Application
Launcher (Alt+F2) begin toggling full transparency on and off, and the
taskbar applications randomly show/hide themselves as I type in a box in
Firefox or move the cursor over them.
