It looks like an Invalid bug then.
linux32 gets provided by util-linux apparently now.
I'm not sure about my investigation, so please re-open in case you think I'm
wrong. Thank you.

When I installed linux32 on my 64bit machine, the package manager
removed the essential package util-linux (with a big warning!).
