Fix regression introduced by
the 'storage' autopkgtest passes on all archs now.
other systemd autopkgtests still fail on ppc64el, but systemd tests have
always failed on disco ppc64el so those failures can be ignored.

Accepted systemd into disco-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/systemd/240-6ubuntu5.8
in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new package. See
storage test on xenial and bionic appear 'good enough' - no regular
failures. Let's leave them as is.
