Problem still exists for me, but just openweather. It loads fine while
running, i.e. I "install" it with firefox. When I log out or reboot, it
does not load, and in firefox or tweaks, it shows an error, but if I
uninstall it, then reinstall it, it works fine until the next log
out/reboot.

I too have the same problem with my Dell Inspiron 1525. I doubt it's the
extension Dash to Panel that's getting kicked out.

The extensions do load when I enable them.?? The problem is that after a
reboot
they are not enabled and I need to do it by hand. This does not happen
after
every reboot but occurs often enough when I start up the computer that
it's annoying.
