Public bug reported: I have a simple HTML page containing a number of <img> elements, like the following:
<img src="file:///path/to/a/large/image" style="max-height: 300px" /> I would expect this very basic styling would be applied, and the images (by default very large) would appear at a more readable size. However, this is not the case. (For comparison, I have viewed the same HTML file in Firefox, and the CSS is applied as it should be) ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 18.04 Package: hv3 3.0~fossil20110109-6 ProcVersionSignature: Microsoft 4.4.0-18362.1-Microsoft 4.4.35 Uname: Linux 4.4.0-18362-Microsoft x86_64 ApportVersion: 2.20.9-0ubuntu7.6 Architecture: amd64 Date: Tue Oct 22 15:55:14 2019 PackageArchitecture: all ProcEnviron: TERM=xterm-256color PATH=(custom, no user) LANG=C.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: tk-html3 UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) ** Affects: tk-html3 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug bionic uec-images -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1849340 Title: 'style' HTML attribute not applied To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tk-html3/+bug/1849340/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
