was 18.04.2 (now 18.04.3) so `ubuntu-release-upgrader` has NOT been used
(no movement to 18.10 or higher).
The upgrade was performed by `apt` or `apt-get` (package=apt), OR more
likely correctly belongs to `bluez` (bluetooth too
Sorry. Works with 'ping' it means bluetooth mouse works with some delay
(not smoothly)
