Hi,
this doesn't seem like a common error.
You could check if eveything on your system looks as it should:
# dpkg --verify nmap-common
# md5sum /usr/share/nmap/nselib/data/psexec/nmap_service.exe
71a2163a7d8edd754134e3c34815c9dc
/usr/share/nmap/nselib/data/psexec/nmap_service.exe
# ll
