These are the outputs of losetup and "system-analyze blame" before and
after deleting "dev/loop10."
It appears that after the deletion the deleted item reappears as
"dev/loop20."

Snapd neither allocates nor removes loopback devices. This is done by
systemd via libmount in our name. Can you please attach the output of
losetup before/after removing obsolete devices?
