Update cache is disabled by default for security reasons until release date.

Received New Updates Feb 19 2020. After Updates through Terminal & Restart. The
Software Cache froze while "Refreshing Software Cache". These are the New
Updates Received recently. Output:

Ign:1 cdrom://Ubuntu 20.04 LTS _Focal Fossa
Bug is in the Software Cache.I went to Software & Updates just happened
again while Refreshing the Software Cache. Thank You.
