I did "sudo apt-get install linux-backports-modules“ and reboot my
laptop, and my speaker is back again. Thanks for the help. The problem
is resolved.

Can you maybe try installing the linux-backports-modules package and see
if that helps. It has an updated version of ALSA (1.0.15). Thanks.
